Wedge Wire Screen play a vital role in the gold production process, particularly in the dewatering, desliming, screening and washing stages. Due to their unique structure and excellent performance, the wedge wire screen products have become standard equipment in modern large-scale gold concentrators, particularly those using carbon-in-pulp (CIP) and carbon-in-leach (CIL) processes.

The cylinder can be manufactured using different profiles. Specially developed profiles are designed for the gold mining industry. The 28CP profile wires have a higher release angle to reduce clogging and have a larger opening area to increase production. 28SB profile are also used in the gold mining industry to provide a longer service life.
