Screens for Screw Press

To maintain the liquid fertilizer pool in farms as small as possible a separator is the answer. Over the years Baitong has built a vast experience in the manufacturing of cylinders used in screw presses. Screw presses are also used in biogas installations, food processing, spent grain dewatering, etc. Screw presses dewater pulp fiber and sludge. The screw press can increase the dry matter by up to 30%.

Axial Slot Tube for Cocoa Production

The production of chocolate starts with cocoa beans which are dried, roasted and ground. It’s during the grinding stage that our V-shaped screens are used. Scrubber Tubes

The scrubber filter elements is used in a key-process of backwashing & fluidization of the nutshell media as its performance dictates the removal of trapped oil and other particles. Baitong wedge wire scrubber tubes use low energy input and short backwash cycle time due to the high open area tatio and excellent roundness.
